Before the first enquiry.

How much does a tattoo studio website cost?

The website scopes shown here run from $1,000 to $3,000, with Site Care at $99/mo. A focused artist or campaign page starts with the premium landing scope; a studio with separate artist and service pages needs a larger scope. Booking software, payment integrations, AI agents and third-party fees are quoted separately.

Can clients choose an artist and send tattoo references?

Yes, an agreed enquiry form can collect the preferred artist, placement, approximate size and a reference link. File uploads can be scoped if you need them. The form starts a conversation; the artist still reviews the idea, feasibility and final quote.

Can I keep my booking and deposit system?

Yes, I can link to your existing booking and deposit flow, after checking what the provider supports. An embedded calendar or payment integration needs a separate scope. Custom scheduling, artist availability and deposit rules are software work, not an assumed feature of a portfolio website.

Can the site support flash drops and guest artists?

Yes, the page scope can include your available flash, guest artist dates and a focused request form. You supply the artwork, availability and terms. If you want to update those yourself, an editing interface is scoped separately; Site Care can cover small agreed changes.

Can an AI agent answer Instagram enquiries for the studio?

An Instagram comment reply flow can be scoped around approved studio information, with a clear handoff to a person. Tattoo suitability, final quotes and appointment approval stay with the artist. AI agent work starts from $2,400 as a separate project, with model usage billed separately and account access checked before committing to a channel.
