Before the first brief.

Can you work under my agency's brand?

Yes. I can build under your agency's brand while you lead the client relationship. I agree with you on project access, introductions and the handoff before work starts.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, I can work under an agreed NDA. Send it before sharing confidential materials so I can review the terms and confirm the project boundaries.

Who will I talk to during the build?

You talk directly to me, Raphael Salles. I handle the design and code, so technical questions and feedback go to the person doing the work.

Will the project appear in your portfolio?

I do not publish your agency name, your client's name, screenshots or project details without written permission covering that specific use. The default is private, including after launch.

How do you price agency work?

Wholesale pricing is available on request. I quote the agreed scope after reviewing the brief, assets, integrations, review process and launch requirements. The public pricing page is a reference for direct projects, not a wholesale rate card.

Who owns the code and accounts?

On custom builds, I hand over the source code to the owner named in the project agreement. Platform and purchased theme licenses keep their own terms. I agree account ownership and access with you before setup, including the client's payment account and any ongoing services.

Bring the brief. Talk to the builder.
