What do I need to provide?

How long will my website take?
Your timeline comes with the fixed quote. Scope, content readiness and integrations affect the schedule; I share a demo link every week while I build.
Who owns the website, and what happens after launch?
You own the domain and every account, and the code on custom builds. WordPress themes and plugins keep their own licenses. Ongoing care is available through Site Care at $99/mo, after a site review.
How do payment and remote work happen?
50% to start and 50% at launch. Larger builds are split into milestones. I accept Zelle, Cash App, bank transfer. Based in the Bronx, New York City. I work remotely with clients across NYC and beyond.
