What you share.
The quote form collects the details needed to discuss scope, budget and next steps. You choose how much project context to include.
- Contact and project details
- Your name, email and message; optional phone number, business name and website; and any services, budget range and timeline you select.
- Where the inquiry came from
- The source page, referring page when available, campaign tags in the URL and submission time help me understand how people find the site.
- Spam prevention
- The form uses a hidden spam field, elapsed time and a temporary IP-based submission limit. The lead handler keeps its rate-limit counter in server memory and does not include your IP address in the saved inquiry or notification email.
Where it stays.
I use your inquiry to prepare a reply and discuss your project. The form uses database storage and email delivery so either can preserve a submission.
- Submitted inquiries
- When configured, Neon stores inquiries in the United States. Resend sends the notification email to my lead inboxes. The database also records the email delivery status.
- A draft on this device
- The form saves a draft in your browser's local storage so you can return to it. The draft remains until a successful submission, you choose Clear draft on the contact page, or you clear this site's browser data. Local storage is separate from cookies.
- Site analytics
- The production site includes Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for cookieless traffic and performance measurement. These tools are disabled in the preview profile. A submission event can include selected service categories. Your name, email and project message are not sent to analytics.
- Direct email and other sites
- A direct email opens your own email app. Links to product sites, app stores or a booking service, when available, take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Can I contact you without using the form?
Yes. Email hi@raphy.dev directly. Your email provider and my inbox will handle that message; the website form is optional.
Does clearing a draft delete an inquiry I already sent?
No. Clear draft removes the saved form on this browser. For an inquiry already submitted, request deletion by emailing hi@raphy.dev.
